Really good Central Location

The hotel enjoys a central location very near the port. I found many quality restaurants nearby and the area had a nice energy. The staff were helpful. They offered free beach towels at reception. The beds are indeed comfy.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear the washing machines running at night.

burnt toastarguing staff
The breakfast was not good. I ordered toast with tomato and coffee with soy milk, but the toast arrived burnt. I asked them to change the coffee, because it wasn't made with soy milk. A staff argued with me about the milk even after I mentionned my allergy, disappointing. I didn't apreciated the attitude.
