i would return to this place. the staff were very attentive. the location is central, near restaurants. the room was clean.
My room was slightly noisy due to street activity late at night. Earplugs helped.

great location clean room helpful staff street noise poor soundproofing weak air conditioning
the location was excellent for my travel. the rooms were clean i noticed. the staff were helpful during check-in.
the street noise was quite loud. the soundproofing was not very effective. the air conditioning was not very cold for me.

the location was acceptable.
the room i had was small and felt claustrophobic. a window existed, but it faced air conditioning units and could not be opened. consequently, this made getting a good night's sleep difficult.

small room lack of light
The location was great and the staff were friendly.
My single room faced an inner courtyard and felt very small. The lack of natural light. The shared bathroom was clean, yet it was inconvenient to have to leave my room each time I needed it.

central location helpful staff comfy bed
The hotel enjoys a central location very near the port. I found many quality restaurants nearby and the area had a nice energy. The staff were helpful. They offered free beach towels at reception. The beds are indeed comfy.
The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear the washing machines running at night.

burnt toast arguing staff
The breakfast was not good. I ordered toast with tomato and coffee with soy milk, but the toast arrived burnt. I asked them to change the coffee, because it wasn't made with soy milk. A staff argued with me about the milk even after I mentionned my allergy, disappointing. I didn't apreciated the attitude.
